tuesdays with dorie

Over at Tuesdays with Dorie, it was all about trying to get as lemony snicket as we could.

If you like it when your face gets all fishy-face from eating something that tastes like it was just pick from those famous Florida groves, then the Tartest Lemon Tart is definitely for you.


It really lives up to its name. The key to reaching that extreme flavor comes from using the entire lemon. Yep--just tossed 'em in the blender and whirred them to a pulp. Literally.

The outcome is first cousins with a lemon square or bar, depending on where your from. Another booked marked page in the old cookbook. Thanks, Dorie!
