over-the-top thankful

Since people all over facebook-land are writing what they are thankful for, I've decided to make a list here of some things that I am super-duper thankful for.

1) back fat. It's as awesome as it sounds.

2) the 60 pounds I get to lose after this baby comes out.

3) retaining water. Since my last doctors appointment two weeks ago, I've gained 9 pounds. I can push in the skin on my legs and leave indentations. Kinda like when you're finishing off the edge of a pie crust and you use your fingers to leave pretty designs….it's kinda like that.

4) I know the exact location of my sciatic nerve. Every minute of the day. And night.

5) using the bathroom so much. So very, very much.

6) an athletic baby. At yesterdays appointment, we found out that this little one has flipped around and is now in the breech position. That is going to make for a fun appointment next week when my doctor will try to flip her back.

7) Lily will finally have her sister here with her. And that makes all of this worth every minute.

You are too funny! Home stretch, you can do it. Oh and by the way... be thankful those leg indentations are just showing up now. I already have them and I'm only a mere 22 weeks... agh.
